The Live Oak Opportunity...

The City of Live Oak, with a current population of over 8,500 residents, is poised for growth.  During the past decade over 500 new homes were added to the community, increasing the size of the local market and changing the historic population distribution on the SR99 corridor between Yuba City and Chico.  We value investment in our community and are committed to the goal of making sure those investment dollars are spent on quality projects and not unnecessary process.  Our Technical Advisory Committee is available by appointment on Wednesday mornings at 11 a.m to help you understand up front what may be required of you.  Please schedule a meeting with the Technical Advisory Committee by contacting Alison Schmidt at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
