Notice is hereby given that the City of Live Oak has prepared an Initial Study and the City of Live Oak Planning Commission will, at 7:00 PM on April 20, 2021, hold a public hearing to consider the approval of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the following project.
Project Description: The Bishop Avenue Truck Parking (proposed project) would develop 4.52 acres of the 9.7-acre project site and would include 80 13- by 75-foot gravel truck parking stalls with a paved driveway at Bishop Avenue. The proposed project includes off-site construction to widen Bishop Avenue to accommodate for the proposed use. The off-site construction would include the widening of Bishop Avenue to 32 feet plus 3-foot gravel shoulders from the proposed driveway to SR 99 (approximately 600 feet).
The Bishop Avenue Truck Parking Project IS/MND is available for public review at the City of Live Oak, City Hall, 9955 Live Oak Boulevard, Live Oak, CA 95953 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. The Bishop Avenue Truck Parking Project IS/MND is also available on the City of Live Oak’s website at https://www.liveoakcity.org/.
It should be noted that the project site is not listed on any of the lists of sites enumerated under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code including, but not limited to, lists of hazardous waste facilities, land designated as hazardous waste property, and hazardous waste disposal sites.
Written comments should be submitted to the address below between 8:00 AM March 12, 2021 and 5:00 PM April 12, 2021.
