It was a great turnout for the Live Oak City Council special strategic planning session this weekend.

Thank you to all the members of the public that took the time to attend. We’d also like to thank all of the City and County staff, consultants, and our appointed and elected leaders that participated.

There was a lot covered and the meeting went much longer than scheduled but it was very productive and long overdue as the last planning session update was almost 10 years ago.

There’s a lot of work to be done but we know it’s all achievable with persistence, teamwork and following the strategic plan to be developed from this meeting/list in the coming weeks.
