    • Call Center feature is used to log/track water and sewer related complaints.
    • Account Payables feature is used to pay vendors.
    • Accounts receivable feature is used to track invoices owed to the City from vendors.
    • Business License feature is used to process/issue business licenses to anyone conducting business within the City limits.
    • Building Projects feature is used to issue building permits.
    • Check Reconciliation and General Ledger are functions used by the Finance and Accounting Department for budgetary purposes.
    • Cash Collections is a function used to process payments received at the counter for all departments.
    • Payroll feature is used to process employee paychecks.
    • Time Entry feature is used for employee’s to login their hours worked.
